Our Mission
African Women Empowerment (AWE) Rise and Shine is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocacy, education, and empowerment for marginalized, abused, impoverished, and displaced women and their offspring in Africa and across the globe. We address these issues through provision of training, economic support, and social outreach at the grassroots level. Presently, the organization’s primary source of revenue and income is derived from voluntary member contributions.
